TERMS AND CONDITIONS

To ensure a smooth collaboration, we kindly request you to carefully read the terms and conditions below. By registering, you agree to these terms. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation!

1. Course Period and Holidays

1.1 The course period runs from the end of August until July of the following year.

1.2 Enrollment is possible at any time during the year.

1.3 The holiday schedule follows school vacations and public holidays. During these periods, no lessons are held unless otherwise agreed upon.

2. Subscriptions and Lesson Packages

2.1 Subscriptions are available for vocal/music lessons and personal coaching.

2.2 Available lesson formats and schedules:

Full Course Year (36 weeks):

• 36 lessons of 60 minutes (1 lesson per week)

• 36 lessons of 30 minutes (1 lesson per week)

• 18 lessons of 60 minutes (1 lesson every 2 weeks)

Half Course Year (18 weeks):

• 18 lessons of 60 minutes (1 lesson per week)

• 18 lessons of 30 minutes (1 lesson per week)

• 9 lessons of 60 minutes (1 lesson every 2 weeks)

Stamp Card (valid for 6 months):

• Stamp Card 30: 10 lessons of 30 minutes or 5 lessons of 60 minutes

• Stamp Card 60: 10 lessons of 60 minutes

2.3 For more information about rates, please refer to the Services & Rates page on the website.

2.4 All lessons are scheduled in consultation with the coach and the student based on availability.

3. Enrollment

3.1 Enrollment is available for:

• A full course year

• A half course year

• A stamp card (valid for 6 months)

3.2 Registration is done via the online registration form on the website.

3.3 Sessions will only start after the completed registration form has been submitted and the enrollment has been confirmed.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment options are as follows:

• One-time payment of the full amount

• Installment payment plan (monthly), to be set up by the student with their bank

• Direct debit payment (€0.30 per installment; see Services & Rates for more details)

• Cash payment before the lesson

The student is responsible for keeping track of payments and ensuring timely execution.

4.2 All invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. For installment payments, the first installment must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date. The remaining installments will be charged monthly on the same date.

Payments should be made to the IBAN number provided on the invoice, in the name of BEWUST Zingen, with the invoice number mentioned as a reference.

4.3 Each invoice includes the total course fee and a unique invoice number. For installment payments, the same invoice number is used, and the agreed installment amount applies.

4.4 In case of late payment, the student will receive a payment reminder. If a second reminder is required, an administration fee of €5 will be charged per invoice.

4.5 If payments are overdue by more than three months, lessons will be suspended until the outstanding amount has been fully paid.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Lessons

5.1 Lessons can be canceled with a minimum of 24 hours’ notice.

5.2 A maximum of two rescheduled lessons is allowed per subscription.

5.3 If more than two cancellations occur, the right to reschedule expires, and the cost of missed lessons will be charged.

6. Coach Absence

6.1 If the coach is absent due to illness or other reasons, the missed lesson will be rescheduled.

6.2 If otherwise agreed upon, written or verbal confirmation will apply.

7. Termination and Force Majeure

7.1 Early termination of enrollment is possible in the case of:

• Long-term illness (with a medical certificate), or

• Relocation outside the region

7.2 In situations of force majeure (such as pregnancy, pandemics, or other exceptional circumstances), a suitable solution will be discussed.

8. Location

8.1 Lessons take place at the location provided by BEWUST Zingen or, if agreed upon, online.

9. Liability

9.1 BEWUST Zingen is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during lessons.

10. Changes to Terms

10.1 BEWUST Zingen reserves the right to modify these terms and course fees at any time.

10.2 Changes will be communicated in writing and will take effect no earlier than 30 days after the announcement.

11. Rates and Payment Instructions

11.1 Current rates can always be found on the Services & Rates page of the website.

11.2 Payment instructions are clearly outlined on the invoice. Please follow these instructions carefully.
